About the Role:
Are you passionate about wellness and curious to learn more about innovative healing? Vytara Wellness is seeking an energetic, proactive, and engaging individual to join our team as a Wellness Attendant at our Boca Raton location.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is excited to gain hands-on experience in the wellness industry while contributing to a welcoming and elevated client experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and guide clients through wellness therapies including red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO), PEMF, cold plunge, and more
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized client support throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting facility (including light laundry and general tidying)
- Assist with therapy room setups and breakdowns, ensuring machines are functioning properly
- Stay curious and continuously learn about the wellness services we offer
- Help answer client questions and contribute to a relaxing, professional atmosphere
- Capture and support light social media content (photos/videos, basic posting or coordination) to showcase the client experience and services

- High initiative — someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action
- Strong communication and people skills
- Social media savvy (comfortable capturing content, understanding basic trends, or assisting with posting)
- Dependable and comfortable with flexible hours (including evenings and Saturdays)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with light cleaning/organizing tasks
- No prior wellness experience required — just a genuine interest in learning and growing in this field
