About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, dependable, and proactive Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator to help support the daily flow of our Boca Raton wellness center.
This is more than a traditional front desk position. We are seeking someone who naturally takes initiative, stays organized, anticipates needs, and helps create an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, independent, and thrives in a team environment. This role combines client interaction, operations support, administrative coordination, and hands-on involvement in the overall client experience.
This is primarily a full-time Monday–Friday position with some evening closing shifts and occasional Saturdays for clinic operations and wellness events.
Ideal for someone from hospitality, fitness, med spa, boutique wellness, luxury retail, or client experience backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients while creating a warm, professional, and elevated experience.
- Ensure clients are properly checked in, guided through services, and checked on during visits.
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, phones, texts, and email communication.
- Help ensure no client calls or important communications go unanswered during operating hours.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment throughout the clinic.
- Prepare therapy rooms and wellness equipment for client sessions.
- Assist with wellness events, promotions, and occasional Saturday events.
- Support light social media content capture and behind-the-scenes clinic content.
- Monitor client flow and proactively assist where needed throughout the day.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of responsibilities without needing constant direction.

Schedule:
- Full-Time.
- Primarily Monday–Friday; Some evening closing shifts required.
- Must be available to work within the operating hours of 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Occasional Saturdays required for coverage and wellness events.
